Save Your Amazon Variant Listings Before Q4!

Amazon is giving sellers 12 days to save their listings.

Starting Sept 2 they will be quietly DELETING variation themes.

Amazon claims they’re simplifying the listing experience by removing “irrelevant” variation themes.

If you try to update a listing with a deprecated theme after September 2, you’ll get an error message and the update FAILS.

Amazon’s “solution” is ridiculous:

First, you have to delete your existing parent ASIN completely.

Yes, the one that’s been building ranking history and driving sales.

Then you manually strip variation attributes from every child ASIN that was connected.

We’re talking dozens of SKUs you need to edit individually.

On top of that you have to create a brand new parent ASIN from scratch using their “approved” variation themes.

And reassign every child ASIN to this new parent and rebuild all the relationships you just destroyed.

Once again, Amazon creates a problem and forces sellers to waste countless hours fixing something that wasn’t broken in the first place.

This is going to be a nightmare for brands with complex variation structures.

Sellers  have to get ahead of this NOW.

Check your variation themes against Amazon’s removal list BEFORE September 2.

Don’t wait until your listings break and you’re scrambling to fix them.

Your Q4 sales depend on getting this right.
